Position: 10X Engineer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced 10X Engineer to join our Manatal Tech Team Account (Production) in Bangkok, Thailand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering and a proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable solutions. As a 10X Engineer, you will play a key role in driving our company's growth and success by designing, developing, and maintaining our software products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions for our recruitment and human resources management products

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards

- Perform code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and consistency

- Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner to ensure smooth functioning of our products

- Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our products and processes

- Mentor and guide junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow and improve their skills

- Participate in agile development processes, including daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on web development

- Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (preferably Java or Python)

- Experience with front-end development using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g. React, Angular)

- Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices

- Experience with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g. Scrum, JIRA)

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and creatively

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Experience with cloud-based technologies (e.g. AWS, Azure) is a plus

- Experience with recruitment or human resources management software is a plus

Location:

This is a full-time position based in Bangkok, Thailand. The candidate must be willing to relocate if not currently residing in Thailand.

Contract Details:

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The contract details will be discussed during the interview process.
