Position: Product Manager

Job Description:

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch. You will work closely with our development team, sales team, and clients to understand market needs and translate them into product requirements. Your main goal will be to ensure that our products meet the needs of our clients and stay ahead of the competition.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends

- Work closely with the development team to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap

- Create and maintain product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and release schedules

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products

- Gather and analyze feedback from clients, sales teams, and other stakeholders to continuously improve the product

- Develop and maintain product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and training materials

- Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve product features and user experience

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for product enhancements

- Train and support the sales team on product features and benefits to effectively sell the product to clients

- Act as a product evangelist, promoting the product to clients, partners, and industry events

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a software company

- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products

- Strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies

- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Experience working in an Agile development environment

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
