We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute product strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives

- Conduct market research and gather user feedback to identify customer needs and trends

- Create product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business impact and user needs

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the software industry

- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products

- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and product management best practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to make informed product decisions

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members

- Experience in recruitment software or HR technology is a plus
